Whether you are a beginner or intermediate, anyone will be able to perform the exercises at your own level and/or pace. You push yourself to your own personal fitness level and your own limits.
Boot Camp classes consist of timed HIIT, interval and circuit training designed for everyone’s fitness levels.
Benefits of fitness classes and training are: weight loss, building and toning muscle, increased energy levels, increased core strength, increased balance and overall well being and self confidence. Not to mention that exercises will help decrease stress and improve sleep as these are 2 major things people suffer with in our everyday life.

4 Week Live Online Session starting April 6, 2020 (to May 1, 2020) - Mornings
- Classes run on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM Sessions are done online during COVID using video chat, sign up for Monday, Wednesday or Friday, or all.
- Cost: $45 for 1 class per week (for 4 weeks) or $90 for 2 classes per week (for 4 weeks) or $120 for 3 classes per week (for 4 weeks)
4 Week Live Online Session starting April 6, 2020 (to May 1, 2020) - Evenings
- Classes run on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM Sessions are done online during COVID using video chat, sign up for Monday, Wednesday or Thursday, or all.
- Cost: $45 for 1 class per week (for 4 weeks) or $90 for 2 classes per week (for 4 weeks) or $120 for 3 classes per week (for 4 weeks)
