My name is Christine and I’m a mom of 4. With life never slowing down, staying fit and healthy is at the top of my list for my family.
I am a certified personal trainer for over 7 years but I have always been passionate about being fit, working out and good nutrition and now I am a role model for my little ones.
Growing up I was a gymnast, I ran track and field and played soccer (still do) throughout high school but my foundation has always been working out. In 2009 I wanted to take my training to the next level and decided to train for a Fitness Model competition. I did a few different competitions and in 2011 my hard work paid off and I won 1st place in the Novice Figure Model category. Seeing and feeling results doesn’t come over night, its a process (emotionally, physically and psychologically), it takes time and it’s about setting goals for yourself and whether they are big or small, anything is possible with hard work, commitment, and dedication.
